Union Creek Campground
One of Eastern Oregon’s largest Forest Service campgrounds, Union Creek Campground is a recreationalists’ heaven. Sitting along Phillips Reservoir’s North shore, Union Creek Campground boasts many amenities including over 60 tent/trailer sites, some with full hookups. Union Creek Day-Use Area and Boat Launch
Situated within the Union Creek Campground is a day-use area and boat launch, complete with picnic area, docks, and concession stand/store.
Southwest Shore Campground
Enjoy the sunrise from the Southwest Shore Campground at Phillips Reservoir. Though fewer in amenities, this campground is private and offers fantastic views of the Elkhorn Mountains. Reservations are not offered, and there are 16 tent/trailer spots, a boat ramp, vault toilet, and access to the Shoreline Trail.
